Another pricing method is the per-pulse system.  Simply stated, each one-second pulse will generally remove hair in the range of a dime-sized area to a quarter-sized area, consisting of approximately one hundred hairs in that area.  It is logical that while this pricing method may be beneficial to those who have a small amount of hair to remove, it is not necessarily cost-effective for those who wish to have large amounts of hair removed.
