Perhaps The Most Powerful Eyesight Exercise To Correct Your Vision
There're a lot of vision exercises out there that you can attempt to better your vision. Few of them are surely worthy, some are just alright, and others are only a waste of time. How will you distinguish which is which?
That is my question two years ago. Ever since then, I've deliberately tried all the vision exercises I known of and charted my progress. How do they do? My outcome impressed me.
Twenty percent of the vision therapy I implemented was liable for 80% of my progress. I took note of those eye exercises and category them as what I named "the basics". Those eye exercises, I assumed, are the core of any vision improvement program.
In this post, I would like to reveal one of those eye exercises. It's named "palming". It may sound too easy but trust me, it works. It works like this:
Make sure you are not standing for this eye exercises. Close your eyes and softly put your palms on them, so that you could see no light. Imagine the tense in your neck and shoulders are dissipating. Think of something that relaxes you. It can be any one thing. A relaxing beach? A quiet garden surrounded by huge field of flowers, maybe.
While you palm, make sure you set a countdown timer so that you do not be anxious about how long you have been doing it. Palm for a whole 10 minutes, three times everyday. Once when you get up in the crack of dawn, once during your short-break from work and once just before you go to bed.
Palming in the morning enables you to apply an expectation for the rest of the day. The one in the noon enables your eyes to chill out and relieve stress. While the one in the evening relaxes your eyes and readies it for sleep.
