I look back in sadness and all the time I've spent worrying in my life. (...)

I look back in sadness and all the time I've spent worrying in my life. I've worried about bills, first impressions, being good enough, looking good enough and always having my home in perfect order. Thank goodness, panic away came to my rescue!

Not only does worry accomplish nothing, it makes you focus in the wrong direction. And of course, excessive worry leads to anxiety.

So how do you want to spend your time? The only thing worrying was doing was stressing me out so I finally decided to stop, regroup and adopt the strategies to live a more enjoyable life. And believe me, it works! Let's take a look now at how we can stop worrying less:

If a problem seems to big break it down into smaller steps. Don't go fast forward and worry about steps 2, 3, and 4 until you've accomplished step 1. This one was hard for me.

Keep the faith. Give those anxious or worrisome thoughts to a force greater than yourself.

Don't constantly talk about your problems it makes it too easy for you to feel sorry for yourself.

Accept uncertainty. We all want to have everything planned out and know the future well in advance but that's not possible, so relax and take it one day at a time.

Try to think of problems as opportunities to take action.

Write down an alternative thought to the worry that is more positive and realistic.

When you've done your best to deal with a situation, stop analyzing, let it go and go on to the next thing. This one was hard for me too.

Take action on what you can change and learn to accept what you cannot change.

When you catch yourself worrying use the finger cut across the neck motion to stop yourself and change your thought.

Learn how to breathe. Breathe in slowly to the count of five and breathe out slowly to the count of five. Do this for 5 minutes.

Get Real – Ask yourself these questions:

•	If a friend had this worry what would I say?
•	How is worrying about the situation helping me?
•	Are my worrisome thoughts true or not true?
•	What am I scared of?

It's critical to get to the root of your worry to cure those dreadful anxiety attacks forever and that's where Panic Away comes in. A program so powerful it will make your anxiety attacks a thing of the past!

I can't stop raving about this program, it will eliminate your anxiety or panic attacks for good!

Drinking water is so important to keep your body healthy and helping to alleviate anxiety symptoms..

Every organ in the body heavily depends on water to function properly and to its capacity. We are mostly water. The human body is 69% water. The brain is 85% water, bones 35% water, blood 83% water and the liver 90% water. (Resource: Watershed Wellness Center)

A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, and difficulty focusing and it is estimated that 75% of Americans are dehydrated. With everyone’s day being so busy, it may be difficult to drink the recommended daily intake of water, approximately 8 glasses a day so try to keep a water bottle handy at all times. When you experience “thirst” it’s already a sign that your body is dehydrated. Don't drink excessive caffeinated drinks or alcoholic beverages; they actually have a dehydrating effect, with alcohol that’s why you get the dreaded “hang over” the next day because your body is so dehydrated.

Signs of Moderate Dehydration

-Dry, sticky mouth
-Fatigue
-Thirsty
-Dark urine
-Headache
-Dizzy or lightheaded

How to Stay Hydrated

-Drink 6-8, 8-ounce glasses of pure water every day.
-Try to drink every 30 minutes, especially first thing in the morning, it will help you feel energized, even if you don’t feel thirsty
-Avoid too much caffeinated drinks or alcohol.
-Water will also help keep your weight in check. Drinking 8 glasses of day will help you to feel more full.
-Herbal teas count too as long as there not diuretic.

Contributing significantly to fatigue, dehydraton can also cause headaches, nervousness, irritability, lethargy and nervousness. It is imperative to note that dehydration can easily contribute to nervousness and anxiety. Regular water intake subdues the anxiety or panic attacks by keeping the body well hydrated and functionally normally.

Water… A small thing but so powerful in helping to diminish the symptoms of anxiety or panic attacks. You can recover from your anxiety or panic attacks, don’t let anxiety steal your hope. Learn more with panic away.
